Agreement

By accessing dreameros.app or using any DreamerOS product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

DreamerOS is a governed AI operating system that wraps foundation models with structure, safety, and continuity. DreamerOS Light is available free in the ChatGPT Store. Pro is available as a paid service at app.dreameros.app. Elite is in development and will be offered by invitation.

Acceptable use

You agree to use DreamerOS for lawful purposes only. You will not use DreamerOS to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that violates the rights of others. You will not attempt to circumvent DreamerOS governance controls.

AI output disclaimer

DreamerOS uses AI models to generate output. While DreamerOS includes governance and safety mechanisms including DAIM (the DreamerOS Integrity Machine), ZAP (Zero-Assumption Protocol), and drift detection, AI-generated output may still contain errors. DreamerOS reduces but does not eliminate the risk of inaccurate output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it for important decisions.

Intellectual property

DreamerOS, the DreamerOS name, the Endless Dream Engine (EDE), DAIM, and all associated governance frameworks are the intellectual property of DreamerAI LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works based on DreamerOS architecture without written permission.

Third-party services

DreamerOS Light operates within the ChatGPT platform and is subject to OpenAI's terms of service. Pro and Elite tiers may integrate with additional third-party services, each subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

DreamerOS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of DreamerOS or reliance on its output.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of DreamerOS after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
